Simon Chester is an I.T. professional with an interest in developing new and innovative software solutions. Throughout his work and research, Simon has gained extensive knowledge on a wide range of topics including networking, the Internet and software development.
Simon now spends most of his professional time working as a Research Engineer at Counterpoint MTC Ltd.. Simon's work involves developing new database-driven software systems using the latest Microsoft Platforms & Technologies.
Simon's is also studying (part-time) for a PhD at the University of Portsmouth. His research is based around creating new Intelligent Multimedia Assessment Systems for educational institutions.

Following the successful completion his KTP Project, Simon has been employed by Counterpoint MTC Ltd. to produce a new Microsoft .Net and completely SQL Server based version of it's flagship eSAAMS product.
